Orders are fulfilled from our HQ in Miranda in Southern Sydney, Australia.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ShopPay, PayPal, and GooglePay.

All prices are displayed in AUD.


We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150. For more detailed shipping info, please see our Shipping Page

Changes can be made to your order prior to dispatch. If you need to change your address, shipping method or there is a product discrepancy,  please email us as early as possible at info@passengergoods.com and we'll do our best to help.

Yes. We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers in Australia.

Orders shipped within Australia are shipped by Australia Post. International orders are shipped DHL.

We aim to ship all order that are confirmed before 12pm (AEST) on the same day. Orders placed after that will be shipped on the following business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email that enables you to check the location of your parcel. Please check our Shipping table for estimated shipping times.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please reach out to us via email at info@passengergoods.com with your order number and we will assist you in arranging a refund or exchange. 

Please note: all returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

From 1 December 2019, a goods and services tax (gst) of 14% will apply to all low value goods under NZD$1000 shipping to New Zealand customers. Tax will be calculated and applied at checkout.
